Night Noodle Markets (NNMs)

Well loved since 1998, The Night Noodle Markets is a food festival which celebrates Asian food in an outdoor hawker-style setting. After two years of postponements, the event was set to relaunch against the backdrop of Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane’s vibrant city lights.
The challenge was to develop a new festival identity that conveyed the NNMs’ joy of connecting people through a shared love for Asian food and intent to return bolder, bigger and better. The identity needed to captivate their audience of young and trend-seeking foodies while balancing corporate ties to GoodFoodMonth and stakeholders.
As the dedicated designer for the NNMs, I was responsible for designing a new website, as well as a broad set of collateral comprising: a display, social and press ad suite, eDMs, menus, media walls, on-site way-finding and signage.
